The person who’s information on the card can not use it in any way shape or form.
The only things that can be changed are physical things about the person (location doesn’t count)
To stop changing a person the person changing the other must say “this isn’t your card”
To put information onto the card just say the persons name. (You can say your own name but changes won’t happen)
Other people can be effected for instance if you say that the person being changed is pregnant someone will have to become young and be born over again (usually the closest person)
Clothes can be changed but they must be specific.
Other than that use the card for whatever you want.
