A Mistake
"Ah-Ha!" Alex yells, "I think I found the problem!"
You look at Alex, confused, but he seems to know what he's doing. He whips out a pencil and starts to scratch out a line of text from the book and write in something new. As he does it, however, the book begins to emanate a glow that slowly surrounds Alex, almost like a defense mechanism.
"Yo...Alex, are you sure you should be scribbling directly in to the magic spell-book?" you ask hesitantly.
Alex pays you no mind as his black hair becomes long and flows down to his narrow shoulders. His buttoned short bursts open to reveal a new pair of breasts as his arms and legs become thin and smooth.
"There, I think I fixed it!" Alex shows off her new feminine smile as she looks up from the book and catches your stunned expression.
"What?" she looks at you quizzically, apparently having not noticed the change.
