As you walk down street corners and on sidewalks, eventually you make it to the ocean and the pier! As you walk over to the pier, you come across an open clothing store. Unlike other stores that are either closed or boarded up, there doesn't appear to be anyone inside, as the lights are out however you should really get to the boat.
