Now when some one loses at the game they'll be permanently turned into a sexy woman and all the cloths they own will become slutty nurse outfits. And for every game they lose they'll only be allowed to wear that kind of clothing for a month and have to have sex with the winner whenever they want. All of this is still seen as a normal part of the game though.
